Euphoria : The students of a high school evolve in a world where youth is almost without taboos, between love, friendships, search for identity, social networks, neuroses, secrets, drugs and sexuality.

Ruby (Rue) Bennette, 17 years old, is back in high school after a stay in a rehab center. She quickly forms a strong bond with Jules, a young trans teenager who recently arrived in town after her parents' divorce.

 

Zendaya is an American actress, producer, model, singer and dancer. She began her career as a model for Macy's, Mervyns, and Old Navy, and made her acting debut in the musical Once on This Island, and then in Caroline Or Change. In 2009, she participated as a dancer in the video I'm Gonna Arrive, with Selena Gomez and Leo Howard. In 2010, she lands her first lead role in the Disney Channel series Shake It Up, alongside Bella Thorne. The success of the series propels her to the forefront of the scene. In 2012, she gets her first role in a TV movie, Amiennemies. At the same time, strong of its success, she launches into music and released in 2013 her first album Zendaya. The following year, she played in the film Zapped, produced by Disney Channel and announced the preparation of her second album. In 2015, she got the title role in the Disney Channel series Agent K.C., appeared in the video Bad Blood by Taylor Swift and in the series Black-ish. In 2017, she took to the big screen and joined the main cast of the new Spider-man franchise, alongside Tom Holland, and the musical film The Greatest Showman alongside Zac Efron. In 2019, she decided to break away from Disney productions and became the star of the HBO series Euphoria. This role allows her to become the youngest as well as the second African-American actress awarded the Primetime Emmy Award for Best Actress in a dramatic television series. That same year, she became the face of the Lancôme brand and collaborated with Tommy Hilfiger to create the Tommy x Zendaya clothing collection, which celebrates diversity and the female icons of American pop culture of the 1970s. In 2020, she starred in the sci-fi film Dune and became the face of Valentino.

Zendaya, very committed and proud of her origins, fights for a better representation of African-American women in the cinema and for the empowerment of women. She is involved with UNICEF and Peta, participates in the Women's March in 2018, and helps the association Convoy of Hope to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
