Daenerys Targaryen is one of the main characters in the Game Of Thrones series. She is at the centre of one of the series' intrigues: Daenerys is the last descendant of the fallen Targaryen Dynasty. Then in exile, she undertook a long journey to reclaim the Throne, her family's legacy and symbol of absolute power.
Emilia Clarke made her theatre debut in St. Edwards and at Drama Centre London. She made her first steps on television in an episode of Doctors in 2009, then landed her first lead role in 2010 in the film Triassic Attack. It is her role in the Game Of Thrones series that will make her known worldwide and for which she will be rewarded several times. She is also known for her role as Sarah Connor in the film Terminator Genisys.
