Marisol Nichols - Actress and Activist

Marisol Nichols is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Agent Nadia Yassir in the series 24 Hours. In 2001, she received the Golden Eagle Awards for the most promising actress. She then took on small roles in series such as Charmed, Friends, Blind Justice, Cold Case, NCIS, Nip/Tuck, Criminal Minds and Teen Wolf. She gained notoriety in 2017, when she joined the cast of the hit series Riverdale, in the role of Hermione Lodge.

Besides her acting career, Marisol Nichols is a strong activist, especially for Human Rights. In 2015, she founded her organization "Foundation for a Slavery Free World" which fights against human trafficking.

She discovered Scientology at a very young age and joined as an active activist the Criminion international and volunteer organization that helps "rehabilitate" people in prison, affiliated with the Church of Scientology of which she is also a member.
She travels to Washington DC numerous times to meet with members of Congress and other organizations to support anti-human trafficking legislation. She has also organized two public events to raise awareness about this cause.

In 2020, Marie Claire magazine devoted an entire article to her entitled "The Hollywood Vigilante", in which she talked about her work with the police to fight pedophilia. She participated in numerous undercover police operations to arrest pedophile criminals: over two days of operations, thanks to Nichols' tactics, the police were able to arrest a dozen men. Marisol Nichols wishes to use her connections and her person to educate people, especially families with young children, about this issue.
